Brown Sahib is a fine-dining 48 seater restaurant serving authentic Bengali and Anglo-Indian delicacies from the Bhadralok kitchen. The Anglo-Indian menu has old-favourites such as Scotch Eggs and the Calcutta classic, Chicken a la Kiev as well as authentic Anglo-Indian culinary creations like Ball Curry (Succulent mutton koftas in coconut gravy, accompanied with yellow rice), Roast Chicken with Sausage Stuffing and Crepe Suzette. The Bengali menu ranges from classics such as Enchorer Kalia (Green Jackfruit Curry) to Aloor Dum with Matashutir Kochuri (Dry spiced potato with fried flour bread stuffed with green peas) to more unique creations such as Cholar Dal Diye Murgi (a unique chicken curry prepared with cholar dal) to even Mourala Maachher Chorchori (slow cooked whitebait with potatoes and light spices) for the veterans.
